The Pacific Northwest Multi-Cultural (PNMC) Readers Series & Film Festival is launching its inaugural year as a virtual festival based in Portland, Oregon.
The festival will be from August 17-20, 2023.
PNMC Festival will provide an artistic platform for artists of color and indigenous artists to showcase their scripts and films. Also, we will have an opportunity for festival attendees to view workshops presented by industry professionals; panel discussions; and conversation with film and/or theatre professionals.
